• He is phenomenal!

So, yes, he was very helpful, very knowledgeable, very polite, very thorough, and I really like Dr. Walter Chan. • He spoke over me and didn't listen to me. He came in with an idea of what my issue was and stuck to it, refusing to hear what I was saying. I left extremely disappointed, as I had waited a long time for this appointment after being thrown around between many fellows before. I also didn't appreciate that there were two fellows shadowing without getting any permission or approval from me, and that he used AI to write the notes.
