• Dr. Dharia is the only reason we stay at Mass Eye and Ear. She is absolutely fantastic. However, we have had repeated problems with the administrative staff not being as thorough or as complete as they should be. For example, we received someone else's surgery date and surgery packet in the mail instead of our own son's. And that's just a recent example from this last visit.
