I had a great experience with him during surgery and after surgery a couple years ago. I had a recent appointment with different symptoms and it wasn't surgery related and I felt like maybe there was a misunderstanding and he didn't, he maybe wasn't listening fully to my current symptoms and I was seeking medical advice and I left the appointment sort of confused and unclear on next steps since I still was experiencing

• I think Dr. Dahl is a very competent doctor and I was very pleased with his whole approach during the operation and certainly yesterday in our follow-up. If I were to offer any suggestions, not to him personally, but to his office when we met shortly after the operation, he said, you know, we kind of own you for the next few years, but there has been no contact from his office during the intervening two and a half year period. • the provider was about 30 minutes late to the meeting. There was no way that I could figure to get an update on the doctor's running behind schedule. It wasn't clear to me whether the doctor was just running late or if there was a technical glitch. I understand that the schedule can run behind and it wasn't a big deal but it would be great if there was some way of communicating to the office what the reason was for the delay and how long it might be before I was going to be "seen". Maybe a chat feature within zoom or someone from the office briefly joining the call to give an update on the timing. Just waiting while staring at the computer was awkward and frustrating.
