He ordered a series of tests which led to the discovery of increasing blockage in my carotid arteries. This led to surgery on one of them. So when I get blood work, sometimes it's just numbers and letters and I don't really understand what they stand for. So I find that his approach to be is really good that way. I always walk out of there feeling reassured.

• Dr Dang is an excellent and caring listener. He thinks a lot about the questions I ask and comes up with a thoughtful plan of action and explains his answers very well. While just about every time I've seen him he is running quite late, he spends so much time with his patients that I just know I have to allow for extra time and it's worth it.
