• I wish that I would have had Dr. Dyer from the beginning of the process when I injured my hand because his explanation, he ordered a test, just different things. His bedside manner, I guess you could say, was just way more, was just much, much better than the other doctor that I had seen. So for me, he's a great doctor. You know, he listened, he acted like, I mean, you know, he did know what was going on with me prior to my visit. He asked questions, even though it had been a while since I'd seen him, he asked questions that were relevant to, you know, my injury. So I really appreciated that and I think he's a great doctor.

I was very nervous and he went very slowly to really explain all the complications of my injury to my shoulder. And he listened to me and understood my concern for many things about surgery and things like that. And he always reflected back to me, do you have any other questions? This is your decision. These are my professional suggestions, but ultimately it's your decision, which was very calming for me.
