• Dr Lains was just great. She introduced herself with a smile, handshake and personal warmth. She reassured me about my medical situation and then explained in detail to my wife and i the care I will require. She is professional, personable and compassionate. She gave us all the time and attention needed to reassure us and the confidence that she will provide me the best care possible.

• My experience with Mass Eye and Ear was tremendous. Everybody wad attentive to my needs, and the place was busy. I see Dr. Lains and she is wonderful. I have another follow-up visit with her next year. She is great.
