• Dr. Dietrich is one of the very best doctors I've ever had the opportunity to work with. Neuro-oncology is serious stuff, but from my very first appointment, he has had a remarkable ability to make something frightening feel manageable. He is calm and reassuring, talks to me like a human being, understands where anxieties might come into play, and treats me as if I'm the most important patient he's seen all day. What I appreciate most is that Dr. Dietrich makes it clear that he cares about me, not just my MRI results. He is compassionate, thoughtful, and extraordinarily good at what he does. I'm deeply grateful that he has been by my side throughout this journey. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

• Dr. Dietrich is clearly awestruck at my longevity of care at MGH (since 1997 brain surgery) and eager to seek out and look for ways to help me now that I have issues with movement. I have now seen 3 doctors and been through three major rounds of testing, but this was Dr. Dietrich's first chance to review all of it. And now I'll have two more tests assigned by him...I am very much an ongoing "work in progress," but grateful to God for leading me to MGH SO LONG AGO!!!
