• I've had four cystoscopies, maybe five, in the Department of Urology. This was by far the most professional and educational. Other MGB urologists are clearly competent. Dr. Devon is demonstrably competent, personable and thoughtful. She deserves highest marks for clear communication. I imagine she would be a good teacher.

• The provider was amazing. She was very sensitive to my whys as to, you know, my reasons for wanting to have the surgical procedure another way. Her approach as identifying me or saying that she would, if I were her family member, she would say it this way. However, you have the option to do, like she gave me options and it wasn't her decision on the choice that I made. I like that she gave me everything clear and then she also let me know that she wouldn't be the one doing it. She listened to my needs even though she wasn't going to be the one doing it. Then she referred me to the person and also suggested that I wrote things down so that way I wouldn't forget when I go. So just the overall helpfulness of the clinic during this stressful time of uncertainty for me is now causing me to change my care over to this clinic. Thank you. I appreciate her very much.
