• Dr. Dacus was very kind & patient as well as concerned. One thing I found was there seemed to be a "time clock" ticking. Dr. Dacus is a patient doctor & took time to listen & discuss issues. I simply felt there was an invisible ticking timer in the room. He did not push me & my visit was thoroughly done. However, could feel the clock was the visitor in the room. He didn't rush me but I felt he was aware of time. [redacted] Dr. Dacus did not make me feel rushed but it was obvious to me the clock was there. [redacted] I am thankful we have Dr. Dacus for our family practice as he is a VERY CARING PERSON thank goodness we have him for our physician.

• This was my first visit with Dr. Dacus. In addition to my symptoms I provided a lot of background medical information that I felt was necessary for him to get a good picture of my recent medical issues. Because he didn't know me, I sensed some frustration on his part because of all the information I felt was important for him to know. However, he was professional and provided me with several paths to getting a diagnosis. He also ordered several blood tests, one of which could be crucial in providing a diagnosis, and I was impressed with his calling me after hours to discuss the lab results, providing me with a degree of optimism.

• I would say the doctor showed a good degree of patience when the appt started running longer than expected on a day he was already behind. I was having lots of "new" issues which caused this extension. I was certainly self-absorbed and feeling somewhat panicky. Kudos to the doctor!
