Sometimes she might be a little late for the next appointment because she's spending time with her current patient, listening to them, understanding what their concerns are, and then both of them on the same page. That's what I was looking for. And when I went there, that's exactly what had happened. She was a good provider. She listened, she cared, down to earth, conversated, we repeated and came back three times to each other to make sure we're on the same page. It was perfect. That was exactly what I'm looking for. Most doctors don't do that time a day. She does. She makes sure that you understand, she cares, she tells, and I'm definitely calling back.
