• Dr. [redacted] and Dr Defilipp were a breath of fresh air. They listened deeply, answered all of my questions, shared a wide breath of expertise and knowledge, and freely shared what was known and unknown in the science of AML today. It was a difficult discussion, which they handled with care and compassion. to my surprise and delight, they were in no rush to conclude the conversation. It went on much longer than I anticipated. They had time for me, and they never rushed me. In the end, they even asked if all my questions were answered, and if there was anything else I needed before we concluded our zoom visit. Above and beyond that, Dr. Defilipp asked me to get in touch with him if any other questions came up in the future. I am deeply in debt to these two physicians, and my second opinion with them continues to give me food for thought, as I contemplate the future path of my treatment. MGH is lucky to have physicians like them.
