• I arrived late for my appointment and the provider was able to accommodate me. Dr Ehrenthal completed her exam asked several personal questions and listen to everything I said. her recommendations made absolute sense and she is an expert of what she does behind that she has an excellent manner with patients communicate well has a sense of humor and listens well. I think she is an exceptional. Dr and Spaulding, is lucky to have her as am I.

• This was the first time I met Dr. Susan Ehrenthal. I was very pleased with the way she treated me. She was extremely thorough, detailed, and informative. She was very professional, but also compassionate. She contacted the head of Physical Therapy and left a message saying she wanted a PT who was very experienced in Myofacial Therapy for my pain caused by Post- Masectomy and subsequent Reconstructive Surgery. She agreed with me having a nerve block (scheduled very soon at Mass General Hospital) to determine if some of the pain is caused by nerve damage. She explained that I did have Soft Tissue damage and would benefit from Myofacial Therapy. She spent plenty of time with me ensuring she knew my entire health history. I was so surprised and appreciative that she called me on my cell phone after hours at 8:30 PM a couple of days later to let me know she had found the perfect PT to work with me at Spaulding. in this day and age, that is a rarely! I'm so happy to have found her! And Spaulding is very fortunate to have such a wonderful doctor on board!

I've felt for a while that doctors no longer pay attention to every aspect of your issues. Instead they concentrate only on their specialty. • I saw Dr. Susan Ehrenthal. I can't say enough about how helpful, kind, responsive and knowledgeable she is. I was referred to her by my primary care nurse practitioner, but I would have asked for her anyway, because she also treats one of my closest friends, who adores her. I've also suggested her to several of my friends.

• I am [redacted] yo and have lived an active healthy life. I started experiencing severe pain in my right hip and sought help through neurosurgeons who recommended a very serious and complicated surgery. I sought out Dr. Erhenthal to help provide a second opinion on possible ways to help without the invasive surgery that had been recommended. After spending a long time talking with me and explaining my MRI and xray results, she could see the issues and recommended I seek another opinion from a neurosurgeon and coached me on how to talk with them. I left feeling like I was back to square one, but much more educated on how to move forward. The next day Dr. Ehrenthal called to tell me she had discussed my case with others and recommended some ideas to help pin point my problem and had already requested the test. Her phone call made my day. She acted as a true advocate for me. Unfortunately that's not what I've come to expect from modern healthcare. Dr. Ehrenthal is an amazing physician and Spaulding Rehab is extremely fortunate to have her on staff.

• I saw Dr. Ehrenthal years ago when first diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2001-2002. She recommended a program at Spaulding rehab in Sandwich as I lived and worked on the Cape at the time. I still talk about this program today. It helped in so many aspects of understanding and caring for yourself in a whole new way which is an absolute necessity as you have no idea what is happening to you with the onset of fibromyalgia. I still use these tools today! I have had back issues for a few years and that is what brought me back to see her. When no one else has answers, she does. She explained my x-ray results and we have a plan of action over the next three months for injections that could make a huge difference in my day to day life. I cannot rave enough about her and Spaulding rehabilitation!
