• Please make sure that the patients do not get any cross-contamination. The medical assistants, PCAs, how in rush they are, they still should make sure all the equipment everywhere is wiped because I'm not sure if my mom got an infection from there or what happened because it was clean prior visit. So I just cannot press that importance of the wiping of everything. And once you put gloves, the gloves only go to the patient. You can't touch here and there because you don't know how clean they are. I just want to emphasize that very much, okay? Very important, the correct training. Thank you.
