I am glad this question got asked and I hope it is asked of other people. But I couldn't help but think that it was very late in coming. If I had been depending upon my ear to make referrals for me. I would not have function for the past many decades.

He takes the time to listen to me and explain eye conditions and test results. He also takes into consideration my concerns about possible treatments. When signing the consent form it mentioned that it is possible that if my doctor is not available another qualified doctor will be available immediately. This was not discussed with me by my provider. I do understand there will be observers in the room, but I only want my provider doing my surgery. I'm going to this provider for his expertise and who was highly recommended. I do not want another doctor performing the surgery who I know nothing about. I'm sure their all qualified, but I don't want any changes made during my surgery. If my surgeon is not available I will reschedule my appointment.
