• Dr. Freeman and her associate were both very, very attentive. I love the fact that they were personable as well as professional, made really good eye contact, seemed to genuinely care, were friendly. We did a little small talk and just made the whole experience not at all intimidating but still very, very thorough and very professional. I felt that every part of my skin was looked at everywhere possible to make sure everything was good and I walked out of there feeling very confident that I've been seen by the best. So that's the feedback.

• Dr. Freeman is always cheerful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even though I only see her once per year, she ensures that she is familiar with my medical history. And she explains things very well. And when she is working with student doctors, she does a great job of teaching and explaining to them, in a way that makes sense to me as well.

• Dr. Freeman apparently is an expert in her field. Good news is I don't have big skin problems. Dr. Freemman patiently listened to and addressed the issues I have concerns. I don't need a follow up this time. But if I have any skin problems in future, I will come to see Dr. Freeman again.
