• I met Dr. Fallon for the very first time on [redacted]. I liked him very much. I felt very comfortable. He listened to me. He carefully went over my history. He discussed various options and allowed me to come with a conclusion that I felt was best and safest for me. And I was very pleased with my appointment with him.

• I was taken in right away after I checked in. The nurse was very good, very friendly, very reassuring. She brought me into a room and we sat and chatted for a while and then she went to get Dr. Fallon. Dr. Fallon came in and was just wonderful. He was very, very friendly. He was attentive. He listened to me. He explained everything. He showed me x-rays on the computer. It was just a very, very good experience and I left feeling very reassured that I was in the best hands.

• Yes, I've had a wonderful experience with Dr. Fallon, the surgeon. He is so wonderful. He communicated very well about x-rays that were done on my husband, and the communication was very thorough. We asked questions. He answered them. I am very fortunate, and I think so many people are fortunate that Dr. Fallon, the surgeon, also deals with Cooley Gittinson Brigham Hospital, and it's like, I mean, Mass General. We are very, very fortunate to have him, believe me, taking care of so many people in our community. Thank you.

• Dr Fallon had ordered CtScan for my right shoulder. When Dr Fallen reviewed the X-rays he moved my 3 months out consult to the following week. Words can express the true gratitude and tremendous relief that my pain and function we're going to be addressed. Dr Fallon listened to my concerns. He reviewed the CtScan with me and pointed out areas that are causing the pain, loss of strength, and function. He discussed treatment and ordered the scheduling for surgery. YAY!!! Dr Fallon also didn't hesitate to review xrays from Baystate Urgent Care of my left knee taken the day before. I had injured that leg many years ago and there was a lot of hardware in the knee. I was very concerned. Dr Fallon saw no fractures and relieved my fears. I couldn't be more pleased, relieved, and grateful. Thank you... Everyone

His information was very solid. He has affiliations with providers that I know of that are very, very respected. So it was overall it was a very good experience and he told me my options.

• Dr Fallon made me fell very secure throughout the whole process of my reverse shoulder replacement. I have serious medical condition but he made sure everyone followed the directions given by my specialist. This was my final appointment with him.
