• The provider didn't thoroughly read through the charts, so information that we had provided prior, she was unaware of and had wrong information. So it created a lot of issues that we were having to repeat everything over again, and she was stating things as facts when we told her the first time they weren't accurate. So the only thing I can say is just, you know, for the provider, please, to go through, read the charts beforehand, be attentive to the details of it, and just make sure you understand everything that's presented to you by the patient.

• Dr. Freeman is always extremely attentive and knowledgeable about my case and my care. She always makes me feel comfortable and is very easy to talk to and I feel like has my best interest in mind. She's 100% my favorite out of all of my doctors and I would recommend her to anybody.
