I am a neuropathologist with >30 years of experience, including 17 years leading the MGH Neuropathology Training Program and 19 years leading the Neuropathology Core of the Massachusetts Alzheimer Disease Research Center. I remain clinically active across the full spectrum of diagnostic neuropathology, with research interests in neurodegenerative and vascular diseases as well as the impacts of emerging therapeutics on brain structure and function. I am also an active educator at HMS, serving as the Associate Director of the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences & Technology (HST) through which I hold the Lawrence J. Henderson Professorship.
