I had to ask him to repeat what he said about my throat. He said it so fast, I couldn't understand. It was the quickest appointment I have had with a practitioner. It seems that he was in and out of the room in 3 minutes flat! I did not feel cared for at all. He may be a very good doctor but he did not leave any room or time for questions. It seemed that he would not want to allow the time.

He not only checked me in his office, but also consulted with another doctor after my appointment, by looking through my current and previous MRI images. I wish he had had all the history from past appts related to my ear so he could have reviewed them instead of my having to try to justify my concerns. I still have pressure behind my ear drum which remains unexplained. I trust the doctor that there is nothing seriously wrong, I just wouldn't have minded if he'd been able to explain to me why I had that pressure. I will see him again in a year - per his suggestion - and hope that if the pressure is still present that I may learn more then.
