• During my time, I felt like he wasn't listening. There were times where he over talked me. I couldn't finish my sentences. At one point, he tried to tell me when I was explaining something to him that it was nearly impossible for me to do that. And so I felt like, you know, the feedback that I was getting on the test just wasn't, didn't give me like anything at all to go by and acted like there was like nothing wrong. And at one point, I had to tell him that, you know, you need to treat the patient, not the equipment. And so I just kind of felt like, almost like it was a pointless test with him and just the things that he was saying. So it was, for me, it wasn't a great experience.

• Dr. Frinkelman was one of the sweetest doctors that I have ever met. He gave off such a grandpa vibe. He was very calm, caring. We were able to laugh and he explained everything while he was doing the procedure. I was not worried about anything at all. He is one of the best doctors that I have ever seen, ever.
