• I have been coming to Boston since 2012 to see Dr. Falk. I knew he had to be really one of the best because Cleveland Clinic referred me to Dr. Falk. He's always been very kind, very supportive, even when I would cry. He was always very kind. He always answered my questions and he advised me not to read just anything about the amyloidosis. And if I had questions to ask him, when I've had to ask him questions through the portal, he's always been very good at getting right back with me and answering my questions. I have a lot of confidence in this doctor. And I know that one day he's going to recover.

• The clinic since I was last there has merged with the other clinics, so there were a lot of people waiting. People were waiting to check in, and when I got there, there was nobody at the desk. One of the receptionists I thought was okay. The other seemed a little snappy. There could definitely be improvement in that area.

• Dr. Falk put me at ease immediately. He was very welcoming and kind. He reviewed all the pertinent information, and explained all the aspects of the cardiac echocardiogram that was done before the appointment with him. He allowed time for questions, and let me know the timeframe of when lab results and official reading of the echocardiogram would be in my record. He is a lovely gentleman and outstanding physician.
