He is patient with me more than anything, which I am so appreciative because he knows how scared I am of some things that might come up. But he is absolutely the most wonderful, the most kindest. He is just, he gets it. He got his bedside manner 101 right away. He's wonderful. I love him. I don't always want to see him as we know why, but when I have to, yes, I have to, but I would highly recommend anybody, and I mean anybody, to see him because he is so gentle, and he is so kind, and he is very considerate, and he listens to your concerns. • Dr. Francone was very professional. He coordinated well with my gastroenterologist at Emerson Hospital. He explained everything thoroughly, explained what happens next and the process that they went through, gave me as much information as I needed, seemed patient and treated me with respect and talked me through the entire process. He was wonderful. I'm so happy that I found him and hopefully I don't need him anymore, but if I do need a colorectal surgeon, he is the one that I will definitely go to and recommend to anyone else I know that might need one.
