• On the day of my procedure everyone from reception to my nurse and whole team were amazing. They did everything they could to help make the experience better and make me feel comfortable. I really felt like they were there for me and made me feel very well taken care of.

• This was my annual visit. I was very pleased with Dr. GUZELIAN and her helper. They both treated me very well and I could finally relax.

For the question, which I answered somewhat, my provider was looking for some records on the online system, and the other hospital where I had mammogram was showing grayed out on portal- more of a tech glitch with their system and my provider inquired.

• I'm recovering from NHL chemotherapy infusions. Fatigue is still a big problem. The nurse and doctor was sympathetic to my condition. Moving slow and unsteady. I explained that I hadn't use the prescription that was given to me. Reason, it's hard for me to insert anything into my vagina. The doctor suggested a way to help me. I agreed. She is very kind. Her appearance and tone of voice made you very comfortable as soon as she entered the exam room. My original GYN doctor has retired and I'm very happy to have Dr.Gail Guzelian. Thank you MGH/Brighams for hiring her.

This not referring to notes caused me to very seen and known, which is just the way one wants to feel when one goes to the doctor!
