• I was very disappointed with my recent visit. The doctor arrived two hours late to the appointment, and at no point did anyone offer an apology or even notify me about the delay. During the visit itself, the doctor was constantly interrupted by text messages, checking his phone repeatedly while we were speaking. At one point he even left the room to deal with another matter. It was distracting, unprofessional, and made it feel like my appointment was not a priority. [redacted] Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and follow-through left me with a very poor experience.

• Dr. Joel Goldberg, recently provided outstanding care for me during an urgent skin and soft-tissue abscess that required immediate incision and drainage. He responded to my email right away, drove across town to see me in clinic, and performed expert in-office management, including a regional pain block and an extensive I&D to ensure complete evacuation and reduce the chance of recurrence. He gave clear, practical aftercare instructions and called me at home the next day to check in and see how I was feeling. He also emphasized that if I develop any future issues, I should contact him directly without hesitation. Dr. Goldberg's responsiveness, technical skill, and follow-through were exceptional, and I am deeply grateful for the care he provided.

But he called me about 8:30 that evening and I thought it was absolutely wonderful. He was lighthearted. He was courteous. He was absolutely wonderful and I appreciate it. Thank you.
