• This is my second visit with this provider in the last two and a half years. She's excellent. She listened carefully and she made some changes where I had a number of questions and changes in my health care. She used AI, which was something new in documentation. Some of the AI was incorrect though, so that's something new. Other than that, I think she was excellent, but the AI part in documentation was a little off, but I did send a note through the system to say that the AI part was inaccurate. Other than that, excellent. I think she was an excellent provider.
