• Dr. Goguen was very professional and was able to get me in very quickly for an evaluation of what proved to be a cancerous lymph node and made all of the arrangements for the evaluations and biopsy and I was very satisfied and thankful for her care.

• She needs to listen more to her patients than she speaks. I was pretty overwhelmed during our appointment due to her fast-paced speech and a lack of awareness of what I was saying. I felt dismissed and rushed, which left me emotionally exhausted afterward. Handouts aren't solutions. I did not like the fact that my problems seemed to be condensed to almost nothing. I do appreciate the examination of my nasal passages, however. Thank you for that.
