• Dr. Glickman was great. She was very thoughtful, took her time, listened, was knowledgeable and kind. She did not judge and made it feel like a space space. She is a great doctor and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She followed up very timely and talked through all of my concerns. I don't think she is my assigned PCP but I wish she could be.

She contacted me via Patient Gateway in a timely manner regarding test results and the pertinent information she received from my MGH cardiologist regarding my care. • The issue was a little bit tricky, but I did, in diplomatic fashion, talk to this doctor, which I never met before, and presented my case and presented my reservations about the results. And we were able to agree that there was an issue that has to be resolved. And we also took steps to find a good urologist to do this. And a couple of days later, I actually sent my records to him. And I'm going to see him within four weeks. So it's not as quick as I was hoping, but it's pretty good. So overall, I was happy with what occurred and sound very satisfied.

• Dr. Glickman was terrific. She explained the pain I was experiencing was from a rotator cuff injury. She sent me for X-rays over at Bullfinch floor 10. She said that the procedure would take no time at all and she was correct. From start to finish, I was in the garage within an hour. The most important part of my visit was meeting Dr. Glickman and listening to what she had to say. I would certainly recommend her to anyone who needed a good doctor. I already have a PCP in that practice, whom I like very much, yet I feel very fortunate to have been seen by Dr. Glickman.

Prior to coming into be room she had already read my medical history to address my concerns. Her physical exam was probably the most thorough I have ever had. I am so impressed with her attention to detail and the amount of time that she spent on the physical exam.
