• We always have a wonderful experience when we see Dr. Grossmann who manages [redacted]'s RNS. Out of all of the providers he sees at MGH, she has taken the most interest in actively researching his past seizure history which has uncovered answers about his seizures and complex seizure disorder that had gone unanswered for a couple years. We always look forward to meeting with her. She is professional, kind, empathetic, and is invested in helping [redacted] gain a better quality of life. [redacted]

I feel that I got the desired outcome out of the visit, not just with listening to the concerns, but with doing the appropriate testing to tackle the issue.
