• I really love this doctor. He's one of the few doctors that doesn't drive me crazy. He actually pays attention to you. He is honest about what's happening. He's got a really good grasp on things. And I don't know, I just can't really say enough good things about him. I'm always pleased to see him. I don't go in thinking he's going to give me a hard time or, you know, dismiss me. He's always right on the ball. And he knows other providers and he's got a good working relationship with them. I would 100% recommend him to anybody else.

• I was incredibly happy with the care during the virtual visit for the initial appointment. It exceeded my expectations. Not only was he transparent, understanding, he listened well, he created an action plan and decided to continue my care, which I was completely and utterly grateful for. He also did something I really appreciated, which was he reiterated the appointment back to me at the end of the appointment and just kind of summarized things and gave me time to ask questions. He believed what I said, he validated what I said, but he also spoke up when, you know, he had, you know, feedback. Overall, I thought it was an invaluable appointment and he's a wonderful doctor and I'm lucky to have him.

• Dr. Giannetti squeezed me in. I had gotten lost on my way and was late, and he fit me in anyway, potentially jeopardizing his ability to eat lunch, which I super appreciate. I was scared about what I was afraid were anaphylactic radiations, and it turns out they weren't. So it was hugely important that I see him the day I saw him, and completely reassuring to talk to him. He's one of the most knowledgeable and articulate doctors I've ever seen for anything. One of the best doctors I know. Can't say enough good things about him. I really appreciate that he fit me in. And I love the feeling of information and confidence I come away with after talking to him, no matter what the news is.
