When I checked in early, I was taken for x-rays right away. Then he took me right away, ordered the needed blood tests. Again, I was immediately taken to the lab. The promptness of all parts of my visit enabled me to get fully informed about my upcoming surgery.

• Dr. Gordon was friendly but direct & "to the point" which I found to be helpful. He also highlighted the positive aspects of my upcoming care needs since I need a total hip revision. Dr. Gordon explained that he will blend the various technologies (my prosthesis is 25 years old and failing) and expressed his experience in doing so. Dr. Gordon even explained his knowledge of my former care team & providers at TUFTS from the past which I found fun/interesting as well as comforting at the same time. I've only met Dr. Gordon once, but my experience thus far is that the doctor seems very focused, aware, caring and knowledgeable. I'm quite glad Dr. Gordon is now involved in my care since I'll soon be scheduling a surgery which seems to be more intricate and complex than the typical total hip replacement. Thank you all!
