• Melanie is very personable. She asks me the right questions. She's monitoring my lichen sclerosis. She did a salping oporectomy, a bilateral one. She's, you know, I've been in her care for quite a while now, and she recommended coconut oil. I mean, that has been a wonderful, not a prescription, but it's been a wonderful help for dryness. And I just say I'm really happy with her, and I feel very comfortable with her. So she's surely confident, and she has my 100% support.

• Dr. Greenman was able to come up with a creative and safe way to help me incrementlly increase my medication to get to a therapeutic dose without triggering unwanted side effects. She didn't just say, sorry I'm not going to be able to help. She discussed my symptoms, came up with solutions, gave me time to put in my thoughts and implemented a plan that I felt good about. It was a very productive appointment.

• Overall, the care was fine. I would say that I would have appreciated more explanation that the provider wasn't going to be providing a catheter during an incision. They had said that they haven't had much luck with that, but they didn't tell me that that meant they weren't going to do that. And also I would have appreciated, mostly because it had happened with a different provider, that they had given me wipe to use to clean up after the procedure was done.
