I am extremely pleased with the level of care and attention I have received over the years here, and I continue to recommend Mass Eye & Ear to my family and friends. Every single member of staff I have interacted with over the years has been unfailingly kind, helpful, professional, and extremely competent, and invariably I leave appointments with a sense of thankfulness for having such excellent care available to me.

• I'm a physician and as a patient, I've had eye and ENT care at BWH, MGH and MEEI. My favorite overall, by far, is MEEI for the efficiency, professionalism and overall experience as a patient. They are busy but still have time to spend time with patients, as opposed to BWH surgeons are always rushed due to the unreasonably packed clinic schedules they're subjected to, which negatively affects the experience for patients.
