  • This was my first visit with Dr. Gomperts. It was excellent. He's fantastic. I had a very excellent experience. He listened to my complaints, gave good advice, and spent a very great deal of time with me. Absolutely fantastic, and I made a follow-up appointment.

  • Dr. Gomperts has been and is a wonderful doctor. He has helped me with my Parkinson's and dyskinesia has helped me to understand what's going on with me. He's also helped me with other issues that some doctors wouldn't even take time to do and he has done that for me he is really great kudos to Dr Gomperts.

  • Excellent! Dr. Gomperts is the best.

    2026-06-14

  • I have always had a number one experience for the good. Good, better, best that I can remember any other hospital with any other physicians. The best is the MGH. And I'm elderly and I can vouch for your hospital as being the best, possibly the best in the world. I would never leave it. And I am very happy with all of the physicians, the nurses, everyone there bends over backwards to be kind, to be helpful.

  • Very professional

    2026-05-27

  • Dr. Gomperts is a great provider and is really, really good to talk to and has a thorough understanding of what I'm going through. The only comment I'd say is the hospital only schedules half hour appointments. Maybe that's for insurance reasons. But sometimes it seems like it's rushed because it's just trying to get too much into too small of a time. Thank you.

  • Visit went very well

    2026-05-01

  • My provider is excellent. On this particular appointment day, unfortunately he was running behind schedule and we did not have enough time to discuss my last diagnostics, which was a brain MRI. I was disappointed in not hearing his thoughts on that study, but I hope to be able to discuss it with him on my next visit.

He spent a lot of time with me and knew my history and is a very intelligent doctor - one of the best ever. I look forward to all of his comments and future exams. Thank you MGH for having such a wonderful doctor to service people who need it.

  • I consider myself very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Gomperts! He is brilliant, kind, astute, and very engaged in my care, which is complicated. His exams are thorough and his followup notes are extensive, which make me glad since I am more than a little self-absorbed. When one is on the verge of a potentially frightening diagnosis, I can't tell you how comforting it is to have a neurologist as skilled as Dr. Gomperts, because I know I am receiving the best possible care in the entire universe. (I am aware that is a bit over the top, but seriously, he is that good.) As a side note, he also makes me laugh. [redacted]

  • Yes, Dr. Gomperts was wonderful with my husband. We spent a full hour. It was our first visit. He was very kind and gentle and very knowledgeable. And it got us feeling very, very well, very well indeed, to the point where we do want to see him again. My husband wants to see him again. So thank you so much for that. [redacted]

    2025-08-29

  • He is very knowledgeable and shared the information. He seemed short of time and rushed us out without a full opportunity to voice our concerns.

    2025-08-24

  • The doctor stayed late to see after his last patient, because I arrived late for my appointment due to unexpected stopped traffic. He took his time to review my medical history, did a full evaluation and made recommendations for next steps.
