• The doctor was very, very helpful and clear and his PA was very important and helpful and clear and they were able to give me extra help with another issue that I had. So they recommended a nurse contact me, a visiting nurse. That was very helpful. So everything was good and I only gave threes because I didn't hear the fours. So everything is very good. They did a lovely job. It's a little hard getting into Mass General itself, but it is what it is. Thank you.

• Dr. Haleem is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon. I don't have enough space here to describe all the wonderful things I have to say about him. He is attentive, kind, caring, compassionate, a direct communicator and listener. He takes as much time as is needed until I let him know that I fully understand. I have nothing but outstanding comments regarding Dr. Haleem. When I saw him earlier this week, I had to go by ambulance. The EMS came into the patient room with me. After shaking my hand, he turned to both of them and acknowledged their presence, shaking their hand and inviting them to be a part of the experience. Both of them are working the ambulances to earn money to pay for nursing and medical school. They both commented afterwards to me that this was the first time they had ever been acknowledged by a doctor ever. That demonstrates the kind of man Dr. Haleem is.

• This orthopedist was absolutely awesome. He has volunteered at Special Olympics, so he definitely knew how to talk to my son. I'm an OT. I've worked with lots of orthopedic surgeons. I would say most of them may be really good at their surgery, but not so great with patients. This guy, I would refer anyone at any age for him. He was awesome, and so was his physician's assistant.

• Dr. Haleem is outstanding. Technically, I should have been seeing someone else for my hip pain but I have such great experiences with Dr Haleem, his office was my first phone call. A testament to his professionalism and care, he never mentioned that he is focused on foot ankle issues. Instead he prescribed x-rays, explained the results and set up referrals to specialists he determined would be needed. Dr. Haleem is a big reason I travel to Mass General Brigham for my care!

However, I wish that I had a little bit more time to speak with him, but I understand that his schedule was very busy, so I'm very cognizant of the fact that the time that we were allotted in my appointment is the time that we were allotted. So I do feel like we were able to discuss everything that I needed to discuss. I just wish that we were able to have a longer discussion about it. But it was a consultation. And if I were able to have more visits with him, we would be able to discuss more in depth. But I do feel like I got everything that I needed out of that consultation. And I feel like he was very knowledgeable and he listened fully to me. And I'm grateful for the visit that I had with him.
