• When I checked in upstairs the receptionist gave me a very hard time for not checking in downstairs. She rudely told me it's been that way for over 3 years now (which that is NOT what I have found to be true.) But then proceeded to tell me she could check me in. The very first time I came to that building 4 years ago I stopped in downstairs and they quickly told me to check in upstairs. From then on I have always gone directly upstairs to check in. Her customer service skills are lacking. Luckily I was able to check out with a different receptionist who was extremely nice and helpful. So now at my next appointment I will try to check in downstairs so I don't get yelled at and have my "hand slapped". There was no reason for her attitude.
