• My original greeting by this provider who was a new provider to me went as follows. She opened the door proclaiming to ask me what I was there for, which was very off-putting and discouraging considering I had waited 15 months for that appointment and if it was something she thought she couldn't help with, I would have hoped that that would have been brought to my attention prior to the visit. Also bedside manner, it didn't exist. That was greatly inappropriate to greet somebody that way.

• When I checked in upstairs the receptionist gave me a very hard time for not checking in downstairs. She rudely told me it's been that way for over 3 years now (which that is NOT what I have found to be true.) But then proceeded to tell me she could check me in. The very first time I came to that building 4 years ago I stopped in downstairs and they quickly told me to check in upstairs. From then on I have always gone directly upstairs to check in. Her customer service skills are lacking. Luckily I was able to check out with a different receptionist who was extremely nice and helpful. So now at my next appointment I will try to check in downstairs so I don't get yelled at and have my "hand slapped". There was no reason for her attitude.
