As I understand my daughter's situation might not be as medically important from his perspective, his lack of bedside manner would be the reason we get a second opinion [redacted]

• Our provider was kind, focused, and attentive. He explained things thoroughly and clearly to my kid and to me. As is usually the case, he seemed like he was ready to bustle off to his next thing very quickly, but I don't hold that against him - I think that's more a symptom of how modern medical offices work than anything about him in particular.

• Dr. Hartnick was the KINDEST doctor I may have ever met. Right when he walked in (our first time meeting) he came in with a smile and shook all of our hands even my daughter. He was SO nice and friendly and talked and did the procedure with confidence and shows how much experience he has within that short while we were with him. Even after he made sure we seemed clear and said he would even follow up incase we were too nervous to take in all the information. So please and happy with our appointment and he put us right at ease. Absolutely would highly recommend him to everyone I know.

• The provider walked in and out the door less than 10 minutes. I don't feel he asked all the clinical questions and concerns to address the issue. Yes he looked into the ear, however no other exams. I would expect more questions and history to be asked and come up with plans even more examination

Our child is autistic, and he was very respectful and understanding of her boundaries while making us feel comfortable, reassured, and heard at the same time. We would highly recommend him to anyone.
