• Dr Hayes, Nurse [redacted], the Medical Assistants, and the desk staff are always very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. As I've observed in the waiting area many times, they make patients feel very welcome there. Dr Hayes explains my next appointments to me and makes sure I am set up, as does Nurse [redacted], and then the desk staff as well- they work with you to ensure dates of appointments that are convenient and within insurance boundaries. I really appreciate Dr Hayes and the rest of the staff's genuine concern for patient care and satisfaction. Thank you!
