• I was incredibly impressed with Dr. Haleblian and his entire team. He took the time to explain my kidney stone situation. He showed me my CT scan images and discussed in great detail the pros and cons of having a surgical procedure to remove them. He seemed incredibly empathetic and showed a real desire to educate me and make sure I was fully understanding the next steps. I was very impressed and feel very comfortable with him providing my care.

• My urology procedure went smoothly and was completed, but I had a vasovagal reaction after I had dressed and could have left. Initially the nurses and doctor were not too quick to react, but a few minutes later they did take extremely good care of me, when they realized that my blood pressure was dropping. They called for a team to take me to ER. The ER staff very great.

• I was taken very early- I have to take a ferry to be able to get to appointments-I had what was a 55 min window of time to allow for ferry/traffic I did not have any difficulty getting off island to get to the appointment. They took me early nearly a full hour early. everyone was wonderful.
