• My care provider, Dr. Hillis, is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable of what my condition is, definitely cares a lot, and always making sure that if I call about something that I'm experiencing, he gets right back to me and we get something done. He never left me without checking or getting in to see him or anything. He's always available and if he's not or doing something at the hospital, he always gets back to me. So he's a phenomenal man, a phenomenal doctor and I got the privilege to know he is an also awesome dad.

• Dr. Hillis is knowledgeable and thorough, which is extremely important in a clinician when dealing with one's central nervous system. However, perhaps more importantly, he is caring and considerate, and an extraordinarily active listener. I always feel heard, respected, and valued when messaging, virtually meeting, and seeing him in person. I consider myself truly blessed to know him and be under his care.

• Dr. Hillis is an excellent doctor with a wonderful kind approach. He is very thorough and never makes me feel rushed even though I know he is extremely busy. My twin sister came with me to my first appointment after my head injury and he respectfully included her by asking both of us if we had any questions at the end of the appointment. He is very kind & thoughtful. I often forget my appointments or lose track of time to get on Zoom before my appointment. He always calls to connect with me so the appointment happens! I appreciate him so much for going above and beyond in every aspect of the care he provides! I sincerely am exceptionally grateful to be in his care. At one point I asked him if he would have a 3 way appointment with myself and another specialist or speak with my psychiatrist about my complicated presentation & medications. He had a conference call with my other specialist to discuss my medications and ensure I get the best care through collaboration.
