• I was so happy to be seen by this team for my procedure. From the doctors to the nurses and medical assistant, they made everything smooth and easy. They were so understandable, i was so stressed and overwhelmed but they took they time and went step by step with me to explain the procedure, i was ok after . Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this team and ask for a bonus for them. I love you all from [redacted].

• So far, Dr. Jeffrey and his team have been so easy to talk to and well informed with all of the conversations that we're having. I had met with some other surgeons and other care providers and they were either too cryptic or just gave me the impression they didn't really want to spend time discussing things, even though I came to the actual meetings being pretty well read prior. So I appreciate that.

• I am still amazed at the way we were treated! We were an hour late and no one made a remark about it!! They were very knowledgeable about my daughter's medical history. This is the kind of place parents want to bring their handicapped children/adult children to.
