• I thought the provider was very, very knowledgeable. I thought that they did a very good job explaining the symptoms that I was having and correlating them to my injury or lack thereof. I thought that the nursing staff was very friendly and helpful and attentive also, as well as the x-ray technician that helped me out. Overall, I would definitely recommend Seacoast Orthopedics or Mass General Orthopedics, whatever you guys are going by now. Yeah, thank you. Appreciate it.

I was stunned when got exasperated (loudly) when I asked if I could ask a question, then she said she didn't have time because she was double booked. [redacted]

• Dr. Hopp was terrific! She saw me in a timely matter and greeted me politely and respectfully. I expressed a concern regarding the anticipated discomfort/pain that the cortisone injection into my hip joint would cause. I was clear with her that I was apprehensive/nervous. She spoke to me as what to expect and talked me through each step as it was about to occur and what I will feel - an example would be this might sting a bit etc. I became relaxed and the procedure went smoothly with limited discomfort.
