• I've been with Dr. Helfgott for 20 years now. He is exceptional as a doctor, as a human. He listens, he hears you. Rheumatone arthritis is not something that's going to go away. It's going to progressively get worse. He recognizes his patient's problems, moving, doing everyday things. I would not go to anybody else.

He's very direct in both projection of diagnosis outcome, and a staged treatment plan. I am grateful for my office visit with Dr H , and a direction determining path to remain as healthy as is possible. Many complicated blood tests were ordered- thank God for brilliant doctors! I would recommend Dr Helfgott without reservation, he has helped my husband remain active as he manages his condition. • I have been seeing Dr Helfgott for a little over 5 years now. He is very kind and caring and doesn't dismiss me when I'm anxious or he can't find an obvious reason for my pain. Fibromyalgia is a very disappointing diagnosis because so far it feels like nothing helps but Dr Helfgott has let me try many treatments and still looks into new pain I have without assuming it's just the fibromyalgia. He also understands the work I do and that it's important for me to continue working.

• Well, my appointment usually goes smoothly there. This time my appointment was 11. I arrived at 11. I was, you know, greeted. I was told to go to the end of the hall and wait. I waited an hour before I saw the doctor. Apparently, his assistant or receptionist went to work at the front desk and people forgot about me. So I had to wait an hour for my appointment, which is usually not the case. Usually everything just goes fine, but the last time waiting an hour was not fun. There was nobody to ask. Nobody to ask.
