[redacted] In fairness, he did work me in when the office screwed up and he was good about answering my questions even though is a hasty and in a way that wasn't a complete answer that I felt would of opened more of a dialogue/discussion if he hadn't been so rushed to move on to another patient.

• Dr H is very, very thorough and took the time to explain different alternatives to treat my problem as well as what might be causing it. He also explained the side- effects of the treatments. I've had this recurring problem for several years now and other care providers had neither apprised me of these treatment alternatives and their side-effects nor advised taking a blood test to rule out other illnesses.
