• Dr. Sotonye Imadojemu provided a very thoughtful, thorough, and patient-centered experience during my visit. She carefully reviewed my current medications, evaluated my skin condition, discussed areas of improvement, and provided several treatment and follow-up options tailored to my specific needs. What I appreciated most was the amount of time Dr. Imadojemu took to answer the many questions I had regarding skin maintenance, treatment options, long-term care, and overall skin health. I never felt rushed, and her explanations were detailed, informative, and easy to understand. I especially want to highlight Dr. Imadojemu's expertise and nuanced understanding of Black and highly pigmented skin. She provided valuable insights, education, and recommendations that I had not previously received from other dermatologists. Her knowledge in this area made me feel genuinely understood and confident in the care plan being developed. In addition to Dr. Imadojemu's excellent care, the entire office environment was welcoming, compassionate, and patient-friendly from start to finish. The front desk staff greeted patients warmly and created a professional and inviting atmosphere. The nurses and medical assistants were equally attentive and kind. The nurse who assisted me took her time asking thoughtful questions, carefully documenting my concerns and needs for the physician, and ensuring I felt heard before the visit even began. I also appreciated the accessibility and consideration shown through the availability of sample products for patients. The sample station was consistently organized, replenished, and made available in a way that felt inclusive and supportive to all patients. It was genuinely nice to see patients excited about having access to products that could help support their skin care needs. Overall, I felt seen, respected, and cared for on every level throughout my visit. Dr. Sotonye Imadojemu and her team combine professionalism, compassion, clinical expertise, cultural understanding, and genuine patient care in a way that truly enhances the medical experience. I am very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this practice to others seeking knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologic care.

• My visit with this provider, she was very knowledgeable about what my concerns were about my keloids and the scarring that I had. Her teaching skill and the way she actually helped the resident more so break down and understand exactly what my worries were and what I was there for my visit and how she could help me with what services that she was able to offer and with her knowledge. And she was very mindful of me as a person and she very much treated me with very high respect and was very, very kind, very nurturing and was very understanding about my concerns of my keloids and rest assured me that this is a process that I can trust her with and that I can entrust my health with and my journey because I will be returning back to her for when I also have my other plastic surgery, hopefully not needing her, hopefully not needing to meet her at all because I'm hoping I don't get a keloid, but she did amazing and ?

• My experience has always been 100% wonderful, respectful, and caring. I feel like somebody is listening to my needs, somebody's understanding what I'm asking, and giving me the appropriate responses. I feel like the interactions are warm, given that the way that I have to be examined necessitates a certain kind of care and respect. And I always feel like I get this 100% of the time, the last four or five times that I've seen this doctor. So I highly recommend her. • I'm switching almost all my doctors out of MGH to either BW or Auburn. Yes, I realize MGH and BW are merged. My experience at BW is almost always better. First time I've used this dermatology group. The doctor was fabulous, and the front desk people super friendly. It's easy to get to from the T. Plus, there's a 6 month wait list at MGH. I got an appointment in ONE WEEK!!!! Love everything about BW dermatology. Really like this doctor. She has a great bedside manner too. Cheery people.
