He carefully considers my current health and always offers advice that considers my gastrointestinal health along with other health issues I am experiencing. • I have been going through severe pain in my abdomen for seven months and this was my initial appointment with the doctor. He was amazing and very helpful. He also started me on a treatment plan and asked me to get back to him in seven days and also said if I need anything to message him personally on the portal and he would get back to me as soon as he could. I think this provider should get an A plus for the visit that I had. He was amazing and I can't thank him enough.

• I saw Dr. Jacobson a few days before my scheduled endoscopy. He was most courteous. He spoke to me about everything that bothers me about my medical history and he did everything to schedule the endoscopy procedure as soon as possible. He himself looked at the available appointments and possible cancellation. So I was seen four days after the appointment for endoscopy procedure. I was very happy how I was received and very happy how I was sent off home, reassured that I will get my results as soon as possible. That would be all.
