• I had a great experience, but I left the appointment disappointed. The only solution offered was getting tubes inserted, which I've done since I was a young girl. The doctor was willing to perform the surgery, but since it didn't make a significant difference in the past, we both agreed it wouldn't be the best option especially since I was still able to manage the pain enough that my quality of life was not being severely impacted in my day to day. The disappointment was due to the lack of alternative options, not the doctor's care or expertise. So really was just one of those situations where it was out of his control
