• I made this visit as a part of the Homebase program. Dr. Jarnagin was my in-take doctor for the ICP & ComBHat Homebase program. During my initial visit it was obvious Dr. J had read my medical record and the programs intake evaluation. He compassionately asked questions about my injuries from childhood to combat to today. He ordered additional x-rays based on my chronic pain that exacerbates my depression and negatively impacts my QOL. On my follow-up visit, we discussed the source of my pain. He developed a care plan and he recommended I see a specialist when I returned home. I can't thank him enough!!!

• I was very pleased with the treatment I received. I have been dealing with chronic pain which has been resolving very slowly. The provider reviewed the treatment options that are available and we agreed upon a course of action that met my needs. The injection I received in the summer has also helped me to continue to be active for months. I felt that my concerns were addressed and that I have a realistic plan to make things better.
