• Overall experience was a ten plus. I had seen the Dr a couple of times in January after a procedure I had. The procedure I am having within the next month or so is more involved. The Dr showed me and explained my CT Scan in detail and made sure I understood, the. When into detail and again explained everything making sure I understood. I felt so comfortable talking to him, he makes you feel like you've known him awhile .. BEST BEDSIDE MANNER. I am feeling very positive about this procedure.

• I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Jaklitsch. I had been to the emergency room in April and told I needed an urgent surgical consult at MGH. I have lost hand function. They did not listen to me and would only schedule me for August. Dr. Jaklitsch's office listened, supported me, and got me an appt 2 weeks later. The appointment was smooth, efficient, and informed, and everyone was kind and respectful. I'm so glad I can get the care I need in time.

• I had an awesome experience with Dr. Michael Jakalich and his entire staff, including the physician assistant nurses and admission personnel at his office. I would recommend anyone in my family to his care or any friend of mine or anyone I care for should they be my physician. He was excellent and very engaged with me on a one-to-one basis.
