• The doctor was extremely helpful, very clear and concise. I've had pretty serious surgeries before, like actually really serious surgeries before, and this is the best experience I've had with a doctor in terms of explaining, being straightforward, making sure I understood. It was very, it just, it makes me feel very good, to be honest. Pretty nice.

He was very, very rapid in getting the appointment, also explaining things and taking full time to answer all my questions both at the preliminary stage preset, after seeing test results, and also before surgery. And was also able to get me in a timely timeline, which will, for this surgery, reduce my recovery time. So I'm extremely pleased with this provider. I have great things to say about Dr. Jones.

• My provider, Dr. Morgan, was the nicest doctor that I've seen in a long time. I'm actually trying to leave my provider because I don't care for the care. But this gentleman is the kindest. He is informative. He took out fluid out of my knee. I was so nervous because I remember about five, six years ago having that and having the most excruciating pain when they have that needle and they're extracting fluid. I didn't even feel it with him. He did everything to make sure I didn't. And for that, he gets a 10 across the board. I would love to see him and see him only as a doctor, but unfortunately, he's an orthosurgeon, so I don't know if I'd be able to have him as a primary, but yes, very kind doctor.

• I only saw him for a few minutes after an extremely long wait- I wish that he'd taken just a bit longer to listen to me and that he'd shown more empathy for the amount of pain I've been in. He provided very logical next steps in terms of imaging and physical therapy which I appreciated, but didn't give me any suggestions on how to deal with the immediate pain that keeps impacting my daily activities.
