• This is a new doctor who replaced my retired doctor. She was very nice

• We were impressed by her education and experience with my condition. She greeted us with a handshake and smile and I felt at ease throughout the visit. She used images and a skull and brain model to help with understanding. The next week, when we were at the hospital for a visit with other doctors, she recognized us walking in a crowded corridor and stopped to say hello and chatted a few minutes. This warmed my heart.
